2. Delivery Attempts
   • Three delivery attempts will be made
   • Rescheduling available through customer support
   • Return to sender after failed attempts
   • Re-shipping charges may apply
    

3. Transit Damage
   • Check package before accepting
   • Document any visible damage
   • Report within 48 hours if damaged
   • Replacement/refund process initiates immediately
