Refund Policy

Product Understanding Our website images and descriptions represent the device's features and functionality. However, the final product design may differ slightly while maintaining all promised capabilities.

  1. Pre-booking Refund Policy
    • The pre-booking amount (₹500) is non-refundable as it confirms production allocation
    • In case of project cancellation from our end, pre-booking amounts will be fully refunded
    • Processing time for refunds: 5-7 business days

  2. Device Return Policy After receiving the device:
    • 7-day inspection period for manufacturing defects
    • All original packaging and accessories must be returned
    • Proof of purchase required
    • Device condition will be assessed by technical team

  3. Transit Damage Policy
    • If device arrives damaged during shipping, report within 48 hours
    • Photo evidence of damaged package/device required
    •Full refund or replacement provided within 7 working days
    • Refund will be processed to original payment method

  4. Non-Returnable Conditions Returns not accepted if:
    • Physical damage by customer
    • Missing original accessories
    • Beyond 7-day inspection period
    • Unauthorized device tampering

  5. Replacement Process For approved cases:
    • Replacement processed within 10 working days
    • Shipping charges covered by Pulsee
    • Technical inspection required before replacement

  6. Subscription Policy
    • Choose between monthly or annual subscription
    • Monthly: ₹150 (approximately)
    • Annual: ₹1,500 (approximately)
    • Services terminate immediately if subscription expires
    • Auto-renewal option available
    • Subscription can be changed from monthly to yearly or vice versa
