When will I receive my Pulsee device?

Current estimated delivery time is 120 days from booking date. You'll receive regular updates, and we'll contact you before dispatch.
Is the pre-booking amount refundable?

No, the ₹500 pre-booking amount is non-refundable as it confirms your purchase intent. This amount will be adjusted in your final payment.
What will be the final cost of the device? Is there any annual subscription fee?

The final price will be between ₹4,000-₹4,500, including your pre-booking amount. Exact pricing will be confirmed before dispatch. Yes, after the first year, there's an annual subscription of approximately ₹1,599 to maintain SIM connectivity, regular updates, and device management.
Will the device look exactly like the images shown?

The images on our website are for illustration purposes. While the final design may vary slightly, all promised features and functionalities will remain the same.
How will I know about my order status?

You'll receive regular email updates about production status. We'll also contact you via email/phone before dispatch for final payment or you can reach out to us via email (Support@pulsee.tech)
Can I cancel my pre-booking?

As the pre-booking amount confirms production allocation, it's non-refundable. However, you can transfer your booking to another person by contacting our support.
Will there be any additional costs?

No hidden costs. Just the final device price (₹3,600-₹4,000) and annual subscription (₹1,500) after first year. *Tax not included
